Your own is just stunning. I can't believe that is a rental, your family is very lucky to have found that. I love how there is not clutter. I feel like I am constantly trying to combat clutter. How do you keep everything so clean with children? And great job decerating! Beautiful!

Thank you Jenn =) One of the reasons we have no clutter is because we sold everything before we moved so everything in our home was just purchased in the last 6 weeks....lol. The other reason there is no clutter is because my husband has OCD and won't smile at me if there is anything out of place...lol =)Decluttering is a full time job with kids though because they are growing and people are giving them stuff all the time too!

Is this self-diagnosed OCD? LOL My husband is the exact opposite! You are lucky. I have a question, do you think it was cost-effective to sell everything and then rebuy your household? Please don't take this the wrong way, I am very interested in this, for some reason it intrigues me.

Jenn no offense taken =) It is a valid question that many people have asked us =). The cost to move our home via 2 pod boxes was going to be about $4,000. The money we made from our estate sale was about $3,000. So that leaves us about $7,000 to buy all new stuff! I believe we spent around $10,000 to furnish our home from top to bottom including nice kitchen things like the Ninja and steam mop, Office supplies, Samsung smart TV, Wii U. So we spent $3,000 more than we would have spent just moving all of our old stuff =). Which is not bad because we didn't have a bedroom set in our old home and the boys trundle bed was falling apart too;so there were many things in our old home that would have needed to be replaced/bought soon anyway so I do not feel like it was non-cost effective at all =). If we were only moving a couple hours away it would have been a different story =) Hope that helps =)

I have to agree with Jen. I too was intrigued when you said you were only taking the things that you could fit in your van with you, but it looks like it turned out wonderfully and you got a beautiful home to boot! I'm so glad that you're posting again. I love reading your blog and seeing the new and creative ideas you come up with for organizing. I really am amazed how you keep everything so neat and organized with 5 small children!

Thank you Kathy =) I was not too fond of the idea of just packing up our van at first....and I wasn't sure how everything would turn out but in the end God just blessed and everything is better than what I would have imagined =).
